Directors Message

Having run our programme in East London over the last 6 years we are excited to be expanding the programme to year-round! It has been a strange couple of years for all of us, but especially for children. However, this summer just gone we were able to get back to some normality and it was great to see all our 'campers' experience a 'normal' summer, where they enjoyed their favourite activities, make new friends (and catch-up with old ones) and quite frankly, just be kids!

We run Camp Horizons' with the vision to work with the local community to offer children an experience they will remember with fantastic memories, whilst offering parents affordable, quality childcare over the school holidays. Over the summer campers will learn new skills, enjoy a variety of activities, meet new friends and ultimately have a blast!   

Having worked as Camp Counsellors and Directors at an American camp over a combined six summers, we use our experience to  create an environment that encourages our campers to be outgoing and embrace their summers. Equally as important is the safety of our campers, which is always at the forefront of our programme. All our staff members are professionals who work in education, coaching and child care and are all DBS checked. We also run extensive training for our team members ahead of our camps!
